We get a lot of questions regarding the property.  Here is a list of to our most frequently asked questions.  If you have additional questions not found here, please don't hesitate to contact us and ask away!


Is there a TV available? 

YES we have a TV in the Living Room with Netflix and Apple TV...

Is there wireless internet available?

YES, WIFI through BTC and it is usually quite reliable and high speed

Do cell phones work there? 

YES – for and we get very good signal typically LTE speeds

What do you have in the kitchen?

We have everything you probably have at home.  It is fully stocked with all the latest appliances including microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker ect…

Do you have anything to play music there? 

YES.  We have a Bluetooth dock there with an AUX jack as well.

What sort of equipment is available at Greystone? 

We have beach chairs, kayaks, volleyball net, lifejackets, some water equipment and pretty much everything you need for a great time!

What other things do you have on site that we may need?

We have at the house for you to use beach towels, travel crib, highchair, hair dryers ect. 

What type of money do we bring?

US dollars and Bahamas dollars can be used anywhere on the island at par.  There are several banks on the island with ATM machines including Royal Bank of Canada and Scotia Bank.

  

What Services can you get at Greystone?

Is there a boat available to rent?

—Yes! Our property manager Sherrell will take care of this for you

Do you provide a ride to and from Greystone?

99% of our guests rent a vehicle.  Our property manager will come and meet you at take as many of you as she can fit to the house to show you around.  We strongly encourage you rent a car as well as taxis can prove to me more expensive then having a vehicle to use.  If you are arriving in various groups or a large group, our property manager ensure the first group that arrives gets settled in and he can hire a taxi for you for the rest of the group.  Rental Car is definitely worth it!

Can we get food at the Villa?

Yes, Our property manager can shop for you prior to your arrival so you are ready for fun!-

Can you provide babysitting services?

YES, babysitting can be arranged

Do you provide housekeeping services?

YES.  We actually require you have at least 2 days per week of housekeeping services.  However, if you desire additional cleaning services, please let us know and we will be glad to set that up for you.  Cleaning services are available for $150 per cleaning.

Do you have anyone to cook for us?

Yes, we have a wonderful chef that is available for any meal… Dinners, Picnics, celebrations and happy hour parties

Who is available to answer questions or address our needs if any should arise?

—Our property manager lives on the island. She will be there for you if any needs arise

How do we pay for additional services? 

We ask that you pay for the 2 required days of maid service as part of your deposit and payment of the villa.  However, all other additional services can be paid directly to our staff.  You can pay as you go, or pay in one lump sum at the end of your stay.  What ever is most convenient for you.  Of course if you would like to pre-pay for services, we will accommodate that as well.

Do we tip the staff, if so what amount?

If you were pleased with the services rendered, I know the staff would very much appreciate it.
