Chat N’ Chill
Enjoy a burger on the beach at the infamous Chat N’ Chill located at Stocking Island, just a quick water taxi away. Grab a water taxi from the government dock, or rent your own boat from Minn’s Water Sports in George Town. Engulf yourself in delicious food, fun drinks, beach games, beach swings, a gift shop & more! There’s also a pig roast every Sunday afternoon.
Cruising the Ocean
A trip to Exuma isn’t complete without at least a day or two on the water cruising around Elizabeth Harbor and the surrounding Cays. We have exclusive access to incredible, private boat tours. Sandy Cay is the Jewel of the Exuma Cays and is by far our favourite spot in Exuma. Don’t miss it! Spending an afternoon on this Cay is like living in a screensaver. It is where they filmed Pirates of the Caribbean and is a beautiful 20-minute boat ride from the house. Cruising around the Cays, you’ll have your pick of adventures; many more than you can fit into a day.
Fantastic Dining
Chef Tevin, Greystone’s private chef, is available to cook for you at the house during your stay if you request his services in advance. The new Lumina Point restaurant is also nearby, which is simply awesome! Have their famous conch salad and play some volleyball. It’s home to the friendly stingrays you can swim with and feed. Tropic Breeze and Santana’s are two incredible beach restaurants near our home that you can stop in by car or boat on your way by. Both offer incredible local seafood as well as other amazing dishes.

The Pleasures of the Ocean
You can also reach Stocking Island from the docks in Georgetown by water taxi. If you like to snorkel you need to have our captain take you to Hurricane Hole right beside Chat in Chill for an amazing snorkeling experience for the beginner and the experienced divers alike. Always calm and always amazing. Take a handful of crackers and you will be swarmed by hundreds of amazing and colorful Caribbean fish. Crisscross the harbor past February Point and head under the bridge to Crab Cay and search for the friendly sea turtles that hang out in a secluded cove there.
Excursions
Another unforgettable day is an excursion up through the northern Cays. Our property manager can arrange half and full day trips all through the Cays stopping at the famous swimming pigs, iguana island, blowhole beach, thunderball grotto and many other amazing sites. This is very worthwhile and something that you have to do during your stay!
The Vision of Paradise
You will find deserted beaches to relax on or explore, hunting for starfish, or hiking up to the beacon at the highest point on Stocking Island to take in the jaw dropping 360-degree views. Also not to be missed, is catching the tides right and watching the sandbar near Rolle Town and Mariah Cay appear. It's that picture perfect spot you've been dreaming about. Your very own island of white sand appears right before your eyes. Just be careful where you anchor your boat or you’ll be hanging out there for a few extra hours.
